Initial Consultation
Every new design project begins with an initial consultation where we get to know you. We discover your needs and wants, and problems you would like solved. We take a walk through and discuss your personal style, budget and timeline.
Preliminary Design
Once we understand the wants and needs of your project, we can begin with the planning. We will have a second meeting to take measurements and pictures of the space and begin working with you to ensure every detail is included in the overall design.
Design Phase
During the design phase, we source all finishes and fixtures required. This may include flooring, tile, cabinetry, countertops, paint, appliances, fireplace units, plumbing fixtures, and lighting fixtures. Depending on the project, we may also provide you with detail drawings or floor plans of the space.
Construction Phase
During this phase, we see to it that all appropriate trades are hired and scheduled to complete your project on time and on budget. We make sure that the construction process runs smoothly and offer problem solving solutions along the way.
Decorating Phase
Never underestimate the impact final decorative touches have on a space. We can provide this service which may include sourcing furniture, artwork, area rugs, window coverings and accessories. This step helps to complete the final look and feel of the space.
